Ignorance and Bliss

I watched a documentary at the Sundance Film festival called Rough Aunties about an organization called Bobbi Bear. Its about the women who work with children who have been abused and raped in South Africa. It hit close to home and was extremely sobering. Especially as it dawned on me that their work is similar to what I will be doing in just three months during my clinical internship in Botswana (which borders South Africa). I couldn't help but identify with this comic the next day in stats class. 

Sometimes, I wish I didn't know everything I do. Knowledge is a bliss killer.
